WE WERE VOTED BEST CHILDREN'S FOOTWEAR BRAND AND HERE'S WHY...

We are delighted to have won the award for "Best Children's Footwear Collection" in Junior Design Awards 2025. Such a huge honour, beating some big, long established brands.

This comes off the back of us winning the same award in The City Kids Green awards in both 2025 & 2024, among others.

And this are just some of the reasons why the judges thought we stood out against our competitors...

"My most frequent complaint about childrenswear is how uninteresting the footwear is. And if it's interesting, it's at the cost of comfort or foot development. The industry has been BEGGING for a brand like ZIG+STAR to come and shake it up. A removable insole? INGENIOUS. Wide toe box? INCREDIBLE. Actually tasteful designs? PERFECT. I can't think of a box these shoes don't tick. They're lightweight, hardwearing and funky. Being podiatrist approved is the icing on the cake. My favourites are the silver trainer & leopard sandals. Just one question...do they do them in adult sizes?"
