International Delivery – Price on Request

We ship all over the world, please select location at check-out or Contact Us and we can discuss the best international delivery options for you. For shipments outside of the UK, you may be liable to incur import charges.

Lost or Damaged goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service within 10 days of making your order.

Returns

We offer free UK returns, but as an independant business, we would really appreciate it if you could return any unwanted products back to us as soon as possible.

We have a no-hassle 21 day return policy, no questions asked.  If you return your Zig+Star product back to us unused and in its original packaging  (shoe box intact) within 21 days of your order confirmation, we will exchange or refund you the purchase price of your product (excluding shipping costs).

Please email returns@zigandstar.com quoting your order number and we will send you further instructions, along with a free shipping label.

Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to show in your account from the time it was processed.

For returns outside of the UK, the customer will have to cover postage costs.

Faulty Items

We are committed to producing products of the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your product please email help@zigandstar.com and we will take care of you.
