COVID-19 & Zig+Star
We are doing everything we can to deliver your Zig+Star shoes to you without delay. Whilst we are processing orders as quickly as we always do, there may be Royal Mail delays that we cannot foresee or control.
We would advise being patient as we have no doubt that Royal Mail are doing the best they can, so if the delivery is urgent, please use our express delivery option.

Standard Post - £6
We aim to deliver you item within two to three working days and I includes full online tracking
International Delivery – Price on Request

Lost or Damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service within 10 days of making your order.
Returns
As a new, small business we would really appreciate it if you could return any unwanted products back to us as soon as possible.
We have a no-hassle 21 day return policy, no questions asked. If you return your Zig+Star product back to us unused and in its original packaging (shoe box intact) within 21 days of your order confirmation, we will exchange or refund you the purchase price of your product (excluding shipping costs).
Please email returns@zigandstar.com quoting your order number and we will send you further instructions.
Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to show in your account from the time it was processed.
Faulty Items
We are committed to producing products of the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your product please contact us and we will take care of you and manager the returns process.
