3. Simple Measure Method

If you don't have a printer, follow the simple steps below. You will need: a pen, paper and ruler.

We hope you love ZIG+STAR shoes and get as much wear out of them as you possibly can. We think a few scuffs add to the story of their adventures, but a little bit of care will help them last longer.

Leather is a natural, breathable material - if it becomes wet, pat with a dry cloth, and leave to dry naturally, out of direct sunlight (keep away from radiators!)
Mud is best removed by leaving to dry out and remove with light brushing. Any remaining marks can be removed with a clean, damp cloth.
Keep fastenings fresh by brushing away any fluff with a clean toothbrush.
Light scuffs can be sorted by rubbing a matching coloured shoe polish over affected area.
Do not bleach, soak, machine wash or tumble dry.

We aim to deliver your item within 3 to 5 working days, your order confirmation includes full online tracking

Express Delivery - £10

For Express shipments we aim to delivery within 2 working days although this can be affected by weekends and bank holidays

International Delivery – Price on Request

We ship all over the world, please select location at check-out or Contact Us and we can discuss the best international delivery options for you. For shipments outside of the UK, you may be liable to incur import charges.

Lost or Damaged goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service within 10 days of making your order.

Returns

We offer free UK returns, but as an independent business, we would really appreciate it if you could return any unwanted products back to us as soon as possible.

We have a no-hassle 21 day return policy, no questions asked. If you return your ZIG+STAR product back to us unused and in its original packaging within 21 days of your order confirmation, we will exchange or refund you the purchase price of your product (excluding shipping costs).

Please do not attach any labels to the shoe box, these must be sent inside additional outer packaging so the box remains in tact!

Please email help@zigandstar.com quoting your order number and we will send you further instructions to return your order for free.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your account from the time it was processed.

For returns outside of the UK, the customer will have to cover postage costs.

For the Christmas period, we extend our returns policy to 45 days.
